This reminds me of an old 1970s horror movie I saw, where the people of the world got so angry, that they united together and crashed through the windows of every Fake News Network.
Once inside they chopped the news anchors into pieces with an ax, as the cameras still rolled.
Then, having been pushed over the edge by decades of Fake News, the people danced around the body parts, singing songs and holding hands, rejoicing as the authorities outside took off their helmets…dropped their weapons and begged to join in.
Afterwards the world was a better place and there was no more illness or war.

I’ve seen this but I can’t remember. I think it’s good but I’m not sure.
Here’s the plot:
One night on a lonely highway, a speeding car tosses a satchel of money, meant for somebody else, into Jane and Alan Palmer’s back seat.
